Job Description

  • Assist with cost tracking, budgeting, and monthly reporting
  • Manage submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and document control
  • Support coordination with municipal owners, architects, and inspectors
  • Assist with subcontractor buyout and change order processing
  • Help manage schedules, closeout documentation, and project turnover

The Successful Applicant

  • 2-5 years of experience in commercial, institutional, or public construction
  • Exposure to K‑12, municipal, or public building projects preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
