With decades of experience supporting utilities and large-scale infrastructure programs, they are known for their technical depth, collaborative culture, and commitment to modernizing the grid.Job DescriptionThe APM will assist Project Managers with projects of varying complexity within utility infrastructure, including transmission line and substation projects, and/or manage less complex project scopes. They will coordinate with internal project teams, the client, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to support successful project delivery. The APM will also support project and document control to ensure project goals are accomplished.ResponsibilitiesSupport Project Management teams in planning, executing, and monitoring utility infrastructure projects through all stages, including siting, permitting, estimating, engineering, right-of-way acquisition, project controls, procurement, construction oversight, and project closeout.Assist in coordinating transmission line and substation project activities across engineering, procurement, and construction teams.Manage contractor submittals, requests for information (RFIs), supplemental design instructions, and field drawing logs.Verify contractor compliance with project requirements including quality, safety, environmental, and material management programs.Support execution of contracts including change order management, field change directives, invoice approvals, and schedule tracking.Assist with project controls activities including cost reporting, scheduling, work breakdown structure development, project setup and closeout within accounting systems, and field progress tracking.Contribute to the development of internal and external project reports including budgets, cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and status updates for stakeholders.Assist with the closeout of project contracts and documentation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
