Job Description

  • Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery of tilt-up construction projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to streamline operations and enhance collaboration.
  • Drive communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and progress.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including contracts, proposals, and reports.
  • Monitor site safety and quality standards to maintain compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Evaluate project performance and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Experience:
    • Proven experience in project management, preferably in tilt-up construction or related fields.
    • Familiarity with construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
