Job Description

  • Assist the project manager in planning, scheduling, and executing construction projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation and management of project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on all project sites.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Review and manage project documentation, including contracts and change orders.
  • Assist in quality control and ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • A degree in construction management, business, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Apps, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
