Job Description

Drive Project Lifecycles: Support projects from pre-construction through closeout, focusing on high-stakes healthcare and multifamily sectors.

Master Technical Workflows: Manage the RFI and submittal processes using industry-leading tools to ensure zero downtime and peak accuracy.

Coordinate Trade Partners: Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships, maintaining the firm's rigorous quality and safety standards.

Leverage Cutting-Edge Tech: Utilize VDC, BIM, and Procore to mitigate field risks and streamline project execution.

Financial Stewardship: Assist the Project Manager in cost forecasting, budget tracking, and monthly financial reporting.

Build Local Presence: Help cultivate and manage relationships with Wisconsin's premier trade partners to ensure a reliable, high-performing supply chain.

The Successful Applicant

Experience: 2-4 years in commercial construction, ideally with a mid-to-large General Contractor.

Education: A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.

Sector Exposure: Proven experience or a strong interest in healthcare (ASHE/infection control) or high-density multifamily projects.

Tech Savvy: High proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.

Founder's Mindset: You are proactive, adaptable, and possess the "hunger" to help build a division from the ground up.
