Assistant Project Manager - Tulsa

• Collaborate with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver construction projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including reports, budgets, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and address potential issues or risks to avoid project delays.
• Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and negotiating with vendors.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and financials.
