With a commitment to excellence and a reputation for delivering premier projects, they are seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join their team.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing all aspects of high-end residential projects from pre-construction through completion.
  • Coordinate communication between clients, architects, subcontractors, and the internal team to ensure project goals are met.
  • Support in scheduling, budgeting, and tracking project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
  • Review project documents, drawings, and scopes of work for accuracy and alignment with project objectives.
  • Perform site visits to monitor project progress, address issues, and uphold quality standards.
  • Assist in procurement, vendor coordination, and subcontractor management.
  • Ensure all work is compliant with safety regulations and building codes.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably as an Assistant Project Manager, with exposure to high-end residential projects preferred.
  • Proficiency with construction project management tools and technology.
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
