With a commitment to excellence and a passion for craftsmanship, they deliver unparalleled quality and sophistication to our clients' homes.Job DescriptionAssist in the planning, coordination, and execution of high-end residential renovation projects in New York City.Collaborate with the project team to develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to project specifications.Assist in the procurement of permits and approvals from regulatory agencies, including the NYC Department of Buildings.Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.Communicate effectively with clients, architects, designers, and other stakeholders to address concerns and ensure client satisfaction.Assist in resolving project-related issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.Support the Project Manager in overseeing project finances, including budget tracking, invoicing, and cost control.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, innovation, and excellence.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
