Job Description

  • Assist in the coordination and management of high-rise construction projects from pre-construction through close-out.
  • Support the Project Manager in maintaining project schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Work with subcontractors and vendors to ensure deliverables meet project specifications and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide administrative and technical support to facilitate smooth project execution.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience as a Assistant Project Manager in the construction industry or a related role, ideally within luxury residential or high-rise construction.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Procore), and document management.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
