Assistant Project Manager

• Assist the Project Manager, General Superintendent, and other team members in the construction management process

• Preparing and updating project schedules

• Estimating

• Coordination of submittals

• Change order pricing and documentation

• Project labor analysis and reports

• Project buyout (subcontracts, purchase/service orders)

• Monthly and weekly reports

• Job site visits

• Assist in the management of vendors, subcontractors, and customers
