Job Description

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage project documentation, including budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, and submittals.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor and enforce safety standards, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders while resolving any project-related challenges.

The Successful Applicant

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Has general construction experience; no prior Assistant Project Manager experience is necessary.
  • Is a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or construction professional hungry for career growth.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Is proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project) or is willing to learn.
  • Displays a proactive attitude with a strong desire to grow into a leadership role.
