Job Description



  • Assist the Project Manager in all phases of project delivery, from preconstruction through closeout.


  • Coordinate subcontractor schedules, procurement, and documentation to ensure project milestones are met.


  • Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with project scope.


  • Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes to maintain project organization.


  • Work closely with field teams to support daily project operations and maintain jobsite communication.


  • Contribute to budget tracking, cost reports, and invoice management.

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).


  • 2-5 years of experience supporting commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.


  • Experience in retail, restaurant, or office space projects is required.


  • Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.


  • Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).


  • Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to grow into a full Project Manager role.
