Job Description

  • Project Management: Assist in managing construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Quality Control: Support budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and quality control
  • Schedule Management: Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
  • Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation using Procore and other construction management tools
  • Team Leadership: Participate in site visits, progress meetings, and field coordination

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-5 years of experience in construction project management
  • Background with a General Contractor or Developer
  • Strong proficiency in Procore (or tech-savvy and quick to learn)
  • Driven, humble, and eager to grow within a collaborative team
  • Able to commute to Denville, NJ and work in a hybrid office/field setting
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
