Assistant Project Manager

• Assist in planning and coordinating construction projects to ensure timely completion.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise during execution.
• Collaborate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to maintain project alignment.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Support the procurement process by sourcing materials and negotiating contracts.
• Conduct site visits to assess project status and resolve challenges.
• Report on project performance to senior management and recommend improvements.
