Job Description

  • Assist in managing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure project satisfaction.
  • Read and interpret construction plans accurately to guide project execution.
  • Utilize Procore, MS Project, and MS Office for project management tasks and documentation.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure seamless project progression.
  • Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to the project manager and team.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate accountability in all aspects of work.
  • Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism in all client-facing interactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Assistant Project Manager should have:

  • 1+ years in Project Coordinator or Project Engineer role
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans.
  • Experience using Procore, MS Project, and MS Office tools.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • High integrity, respect for others, and a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
