Get the luxury & support needed working with a smaller team, while working on large-scale quality projects, and access to excellent career development capabilities.*Apply online today and your resume will be considered within 48 hours of application*Job DescriptionThe Assistant Super is responsible for:Working on-site daily at the Revere Beach project locationDeveloping and maintaining relationships with all parties involved in projectIdentifying and recommending solutions for project risksSupervising hired trades, punch carpenters, and laborersPreparing punch lists and ensuring timely completion before inspectionsInspecting subcontractor work for quality and contract complianceAssisting in creating and updating project schedules & ensuring tasks are completed on timeParticipating in and documenting weekly safety and subcontractor meetingsMonitoring material ordering, delivery, and storage to align with project timelinesEnsuring compliance with safety policies and maintaining a safe work environmentReviewing plans for errors and verifying dimensions and layouts for complianceMaintaining organized documentation and ensuring responses to third-party inspections and punch listsCollaborating with third-party consultants and inspectors as neededMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
