This opportunity is with a local Colorado General Contractor who specializes in a wide array of construction projects, including both multifamily and commercial work. The company is a medium-sized enterprise with a strong presence in the market, committed to delivering excellence in all projects. They have a lot of new work rolling in from repeat clients, referrals, etc. and have secured a backlog through 2028 with 3+ multifamily projects in Colorado Springs.

Job Description

  • Assist in managing on-site construction activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members to meet project goals.
  • Monitor project schedules and budgets, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations on construction sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control.
  • Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders effectively.
  • Support the Superintendent in resolving any on-site challenges.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project activities and progress reports.
