Job Description

  • Oversee daily on‑site construction activities, ensuring work progresses safely and efficiently.
  • Partner with lead Superintendents to manage subcontractors and field crews, coordinate tasks and verify work quality.
  • Maintain project schedules, tracking progress and adjusting plans to keep milestones on target.
  • Ensure safety compliance, enforcing standards, conducting walkthroughs, and resolving hazards.
  • Make on‑site decisions, using autonomy to address issues and keep the project moving smoothly.
  • Work on an exciting backlog of work in Indy

The Successful Applicant

  • 2+ years of general contractor construction with experience on ground up projects
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Wanting to work under a seasoned superintendent to gain experience on large scale builds
  • Strong base knowledge of construction processes and procedures
  • Experience with construction related software - Procore preferred
