Job Description

  • Project Oversight: Assist in the management and coordination of commercial construction projects from planning through completion.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance with building codes.
  • Scheduling: Help develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones.
  • Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve issues that arise during the construction process to keep projects on track.
  • Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to assess progress, verify compliance, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
