Job Description
The Assistant Superintendent will:
- Assist the Senior team members in running/managing project from start to finish
- Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
- Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods
- Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project
- Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
- Bachelor's Degree in construction, engineering, architecture or similar field
- Field experience for a general contractor (as a Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent)
- Ground-up construction experience
- Multifamily/Mixed-use experience a plus but not required
- Professional demeanor with the ability to speak with clients
