Assistant Superintendent | equity based bonus

• Field Operations Support: Assist in the daily management of all on-site activities for large-scale commercial and mixed-use developments ($20M+).
• Subcontractor Coordination: Work alongside Milwaukee's premier trade partners to ensure labor, materials, and equipment are synchronized for maximum productivity.
• Lean Scheduling: Help develop and manage 3-week look-ahead schedules to identify and clear roadblocks before they hit the critical path.
• Quality & Safety Control: Conduct daily site walks to enforce "Zero-Defect" quality standards and maintain a culture of safety where every worker returns home healthy.
• Digital Documentation: Take ownership of daily logs, RFI tracking, and progress photos via Procore to ensure the project team has real-time field data.
• Project Close-out: Drive the punch-list process with precision to ensure a seamless transition and a satisfied owner at turnover.
