Assistant Superintendent (Exteriors) - Denver

• Supervise and manage all aspects of exterior construction for multifamily projects.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor quality control and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with the project manager and other stakeholders to address challenges and updates.
• Maintain accurate documentation of project progress and milestones.
• Oversee material procurement and ensure efficient use of resources on-site.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with project specifications.
• Provide leadership and support to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
