Job Description



  • Project Coordination: Assist the Superintendent in overseeing all on-site activities, ensuring the construction process runs smoothly, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and schedules.


  • Schedule Management: Help develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and ensure that deadlines are met by coordinating the timely delivery of materials and managing subcontractor workflows.


  • Subcontractor Supervision: Monitor the work of subcontractors, ensuring quality standards are met, safety protocols are followed, and tasks are completed according to the construction schedule.


  • Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations on-site, conduct regular safety inspections, and address any potential hazards to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.


  • Quality Control: Inspect construction work regularly to ensure it meets project specifications, building codes, and quality standards, addressing issues or discrepancies as they arise.


  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, including daily reports, progress photos, and material logs, and assist with reporting any changes or delays to project management.


  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site construction issues or delays, collaborating with the project team to find effective solutions and keep the project moving forward.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with the project team, including architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals, requirements, and expectations.
