  • Assist the Senior team members in running/managing project from start to finish
  • Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
  • Coordinating subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods
  • Establish and maintain an effective and professional on-site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project
  • Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in construction, engineering, architecture or similar field
  • Field experience for a general contractor (as a Field Engineer or Assistant Superintendent)
  • Ground-up construction experience
  • Multifamily/Mixed-use experience a plus but not required
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to speak with clients
