Looking for a motivated Assistant Superintendent to support a variety of upcoming projects in the Raleigh area.If interested, apply below for immediate consideration or contact Arkadiy directly to learn more at 617-824-2651.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily - Raleigh will be expected to:Assist in Project Planning: Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. Assist in coordinating and scheduling subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews.On-Site Supervision: Monitor and inspect construction sites to ensure work is progressing according to plans and specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and promote a culture of safety among all workers. Address any issues or conflicts that may arise on-site and report them to the Superintendent.Quality Control: Assist in ensuring that all work meets quality standards and specifications. Conduct quality inspections and communicate any deficiencies to the appropriate parties.Materials and Equipment Management: Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment to the construction site. Ensure that materials are stored and used efficiently and according to project plans.Schedule Management: Assist in keeping the project on schedule by monitoring progress and identifying potential delays. Collaborate with the Superintendent to develop solutions to address schedule issues.Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with subcontractors, suppliers, project team members, and other stakeholders.
