Assistant Superintendent - National Builder/Developer - MA Responsibilities
- Support and ensure project specifications and schedules are met
- Communicate effectively with Project Management Team
- Work under Superintendent
- Conduct quality inspections
- Analyze construction equipment requirements and provide recommendations to the team
The Successful Applicant
Assistant Superintendent - National Builder/Developer - MA Qualifications
- 1 1/2+ years of experience working in the field
- Job-site experience & general awareness is required
- Ability to manage a specific section of work (2-3 trades)
- Multifamily construction experience (preferred)
