Save Job Back to Search Job Description Summary Similar JobsGreat opportunity to grow your careerGreat company cultureAbout Our ClientOur client is growing commercial general contractor based in Manhattan with diverse project work throughout the five BurroughsJob DescriptionAssist the Superintendent in overseeing on-site operations for commercial interior construction projects.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure timely execution of work.Monitor project schedule and report any delays or issues to the Superintendent and Project Manager.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety standards; perform daily safety walkthroughs.Support in conducting daily site meetings and progress updates.Maintain accurate and up-to-date field documentation including daily logs, photos, and inspection reports.Conduct site walkthroughs to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications.Help manage material deliveries and logistics in coordination with the field team and vendors.Interface with building management and ensure adherence to site access rules and local DOB regulations.Provide on-site troubleshooting and support to resolve construction-related issues quickly and efficiently.Assist in punch list development and project close-out activities.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
