My client is an established real estate firm with special focus on industrial Real Estate in the Greater Boston Area.
Job Description
The Associate Asset Manager will directly report into the VP of Asset Management and have the following responsibilities:
Perform analysis supporting leasing activity and management
Research market data supporting real estate strategies and transaction objectives
Assist with the development and management of annual property operating budgets
Assist with the development and management of capital investment plans and reporting
Assist with monthly portfolio analysis and reporting
Perform analysis on real estate acquisition transactions and strategy
Promote a high level of customer satisfaction among tenants by promptly responding to
inquiries and maintaining a proactive tenant relationship
Support property acquisitions by assisting with due diligence activities
Assist with special projects supporting the executive team
Support the implementation of various systems into the company work processes
Progressively move towards independently managing properties

The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the Associate Asset Manager will have:
- 2+ years of asset management experience
- Exposure to commercial real estate such as industrial, retail, office etc.
- Experience with budgeting, financial reports, property management
- Exposure to Yardi is a plus
- Excellent computer skills, ability to utilize databases and modeling applications
