Job Description

  • Review, organize, and maintain banking and financial documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of required documents for internal and external audits.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address documentation discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
  • Input and update data into company systems with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive banking information at all times.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding documentation and provide timely support to team members.
  • Support additional administrative tasks as needed within the Banking & Financial Services department.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
