The brand's marketing function has recently relocated to White Plains, NY, and is in the process of building a high-performing team dedicated to revitalizing and growing the business. Reporting to an experienced brand leader with a track record at major CPG companies, you'll have the chance to work on creating the brand's foundation, from crafting communication strategies to driving awareness and market share in a highly competitive space.

Job Description

  • Perform competitive analysis to position the brand effectively against major competitors in the personal care industry.
  • Manage and optimize budgets, ensuring resource efficiency and strong ROI.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and support product development initiatives.
  • Leverage strong financial and analytical skills to inform strategic decisions and measure impact.
  • Develop and present compelling stories to build brand awareness and advocacy internally and externally, including at trade shows and industry events.
  • Lead research efforts to deepen insights into the product category and consumer behavior.
