Job Description

Sales Volume Forecasting



  • Support Sales in the development and input of volume forecasts


  • Analyze forecast accuracy and trends


  • Challenge assumptions and enhance forecast quality



P&L Analysis



  • Provide insight into the financial health of sales divisions


  • Identify risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations



Pricing Management



  • Partner with Sales on the creation and ongoing maintenance of market pricing


  • Forecast anticipated trade-spend


  • Maintain pricing-related data and metadata



Trade-Spend Planning & Reconciliation



  • Forecast divisional trade-spend requirements


  • Reconcile monthly invoices against expected spend


  • Manage budgets and track performance


  • Evaluate spend effectiveness and recommend improvements

The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Revenue Management within the beverage alcohol industry


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access (nested IF statements, logical functions, Index/XMATCH), Power Query, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word


  • Experience with VIP, I-dig, Karma, or Vistaar preferred


  • Demonstrated ability to identify improvement opportunities and take initiative to implement solutions


  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills (written and verbal)
