Job Description

  • Advise clients on corporate transactions, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including agreements and contracts.
  • Conduct due diligence and provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless transaction processes.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and regulations affecting corporate transactions.
  • Support clients in compliance matters related to corporate law.
  • Foster and maintain client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate, Corporate M&A should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, mergers, and acquisitions.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
