  • Drafting, negotiating and reviewing a variety of commercial agreements and transactional documentation relating to asset management
  • Providing legal analysis of risks associated with the terms and conditions of suchagreement
  • Assistance with review of marketing materials, request for proposals, DDQs, Forms ADV,policies and procedures
  • Researching, advising and assisting in the structuring, regulatory analysis and launch ofnew products
  • Interpreting and assisting with the implementation of regulatory changes that impact asset management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4-5 years in-house experience (asset management industry preferred) or in acomparable law firm role
  • Strong securities law experience
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, environmental and social governance, pooled investmentvehicles, bankruptcy reorganization, ISDA documentation, leveraged loan documentation,and trading agreements
