Job Description

  • Conduct structured reviews of credit decisions to assess alignment with internal policies and risk appetite
  • Analyze portfolio trends and performance metrics to identify emerging risks or inconsistencies
  • Prepare clear, well-supported documentation of review findings, including data analysis and credit rationale
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand underwriting practices and account management strategies
  • Escalate observed weaknesses in credit execution, process gaps, or deviations from expected controls
  • Use tools such as SQL, Python, or equivalent platforms to extract and analyze large datasets
  • Contribute to reporting, dashboards, and governance materials for senior stakeholders
  • Support ongoing refinement of review methodologies, templates, and standard

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in consumer credit risk, model validation, or data analytics
  • Master's degree preferred in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science)
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with the consumer credit lifecycle and associated risk controls
  • Strong analytical and documentation skills; detail-oriented and intellectually curious
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
