Description

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of customer service, vendor management, inventory management

    and risk mitigation

  • Draft and implement SOP/ process improvement initiatives to achieve outcomes that align to the CX roadmap

  • Provide strong leadership and management of projects to optimize the customer experience and, improve efficiencies, achieve scalability, and position the company for continued growth

  • Identifies and understands the challenges within our industry/markets and can create competitive and innovative solutions to influence outcomes and grow the Company

  • Partner with sales to deliver the best outcome for new and existing customers

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors Degree
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience
  • Experience at CPG or Manufacturing company
