About Our Client

Our client is a small medical device manufacturing company on the North Shore of Boston. Due to growth they are building out a digital marketing team from the ground up - one of the key roles will be a Digital Marketing Manager.

Job Description

  • Website Ownership &CMS Management
    • Lead all website design, development and operations, including updates, optimization, UX enhancements, landing page builds, and CMS management (e.g., Webflow, WordPress, or similar).
    • Build and maintain tracking infrastructure to monitor user behavior, funnel performance, and goal completions.
  • eCommerce & Digital Strategy Development
    • Partner with product and commercial teams to define and launch eCommerce capabilities aligned with business needs.
    • Drive a roadmap for digital enhancements that support conversion and customer experience.
  • SEO & Paid Advertising
    • Build and execute an integrated SEO strategy, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and content recommendations.
    • Own paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels to drive traffic, MQLs, and conversions.
    • Monitor and optimize ad performance based on clear KPIs and ROI targets.
  • Analytics &KPIs
    • Define and report on key digital marketing metrics across all owned and paid channels.
    • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for content, UX, and campaign strategy.
  • Email Marketing & Automation
    • Build and manage email campaigns, nurture workflows, and newsletters to engage prospects and partners.
    • Collaborate with content and clinical marketing teams to ensure timely and relevant messaging.

The Successful Applicant

  • B.S. in Marketing, Business or other related field.
  • 3-6+ years of digital / content marketing experience.
  • Expertise in UX design and optimization, web management, SEO, and paid media.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving performance through data.
  • Experience in translating clinical or technical information into accessible, engaging content.
  • Collaborative and team first mindset.
  • Ability to effectively work cross functionally across teams and departments.
  • Experience with marketing tools like Hubspot.
