Associate General Counsel

The Senior Counsel will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Provide legal support for the Company's mortgage warehouse and repurchase facilities and its secured and unsecured credit facilities, and the Company's treasury function generally;
• Provide legal advice and consultation focused on a variety of legal issues relating to the commercial real estate and multifamily industry, including bridge and mezzanine financing, and multifamily loan servicing;
• Work on CRE commercial loan obligation securitizations (and similar vehicles);
• Provide guidance and advice to various business units within the Company;
• Manage internal business relationships; and
• General corporate compliance and legal assistance, including but not limited to drafting and review of contracts, including those related to the Company's joint ventures
