Job Description

  • Handle and manage intellectual property litigation cases from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop case strategies and solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and effective communication.
  • Stay updated on developments in intellectual property law and related areas.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • Bar admission in the state of New York.
