Job Description

  • Advise clients on mergers, acquisitions, and private equity transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents and agreements.
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Provide strategic guidance on deal structures and business negotiations.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and market developments.
