Job Description

  • Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of transactions.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents and related agreements.
  • Conduct legal due diligence and provide risk assessments to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Stay updated on legal developments and regulatory changes impacting M&A transactions.
  • Contribute to the development of the firm's M&A practice through thought leadership and client engagement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and client service in all interactions.
