Job Description

  • Provide legal counsel on mergers and acquisitions, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and laws.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts related to M&A transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate successful deal execution.
  • Conduct due diligence and risk analysis for prospective deals.
  • Advise clients on legal and regulatory implications of transactions.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legal developments impacting the professional services sector.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members as needed.
