Job Description

  • Handle complex mass torts, insurance, and consumer litigation cases with professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to develop effective legal strategies.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and draft high-quality legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations as needed.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring high standards of work.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends.
  • Assist in business development efforts, including client pitches and presentations.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in every aspect of the role.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar and in good standing.
