This position plays a crucial role in maintaining the superior quality their customers expect and the industry demands.If you're passionate about quality assurance and eager to be part of a forward-thinking aerospace manufacturing team, our client provides a collaborative workplace focused on innovation and continuous improvement.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and sustain quality control procedures in alignment with aerospace industry standards and regulatory requirements.Perform thorough inspections and audits of manufacturing processes and finished products to ensure compliance with established quality criteria.Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to promptly identify and resolve quality-related issues.Analyze inspection and test data to identify trends, determine root causes, and recommend areas for process improvement.Lead investigations and corrective action efforts in response to non-conformances and customer concerns.Contribute to supplier quality management through audits, performance evaluations, and ongoing oversight.Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality records, including inspection reports, certifications, and performance metrics.Ensure adherence to AS9100 and other applicable aerospace quality standards.Drive continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Provide training and support to production personnel on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
