You will also have access to senior executives who have many years of success in the real estate industry.Job DescriptionOur client has continued to grow real estate investment portfolio and is looking for a talented Real Estate Associate to perform detailed financial analysis and modeling for their existing portfolio as well as new investment opportunities. The Real Estate Associate will underwrite for ground-up development and value add acquisitions across all property types including office, multifamily, retail, hospitality and lab/medical. Other responsibilities:Maintain and run financial models on existing assets and/or acquisitions using DCF Models or other similar financial tools in excel or ARGUSCreate sophisticated analyses for tracking and reviewing returns and performance on Asset and Fund levelsEvaluate research data and produce real time valuationConsolidate, analyze and model financial data including budget analysis and income statement forecasting.Support the asset management team and development team in underwriting deals and reviewing operational reports, property forecasts, proformas, and Argus cash flows for accuracy and provides variance analysisUpdate and complete various investor reports, including financial snapshots and qualitative summariesModeling and analyzing financial data regarding refinancing, acquisitions and/or disposition of investmentsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
