Job Description

  • Advise clients on complex restructuring and insolvency matters.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to insolvency and restructuring cases.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive legal strategies.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to support client cases.
  • Provide guidance on risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.
