Asst. Project Manager - Commercial Construction - New York

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and performance standards to ensure successful delivery.
• Address potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Review and approve project documentation, including contracts and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and resolve any issues that arise promptly.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project teams.
