Ast / #2 Superintendent - Cape Cod - Multifamily Construction

As Superintendent, you will:

• Be onsite daily in Hyannis, MA, and travel to future Cape Cod/South Shore projects
• Oversee all aspects of construction, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site workers
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and project requirements
• Review plans and specifications for accuracy and completeness
• Work closely with project managers to develop schedules and budgets
• Maintain detailed project records, including daily logs and reports
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders (clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors)
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits to maintain a secure job site
