Our client provides software and hardware services to textile manufacturers across the globe to increase efficency from design to production. They operate in 59 countries worldwide and offer a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

Job Description

  • Deliver the highest level of response to our customers service requests by phone and internet, respecting the customer contract
  • Troubleshoot / isolate problems between OS and company proprietary software or peripherals.
  • Ability to resolve problems remotely and determine critical cases to escalate to Tier2
  • Follow service request until the final resolution
  • Ability to multi-task, identify, and communicate business opportunities
  • Assist with installation of Lectra/Gerber software solutions
  • Log all service calls and daily activities into the service monitoring software (SalesForce Service Cloud)
  • Candidate will possess a positive attitude and be willing to be part of a team

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 2 years experience in:
    • Current Operating systems : especially Window 10
    • Network, Domains
    • Software and hardware (CAM/CAD i.e. plotter, cutter) a major plus
    • Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Technical support experience in multi-tier applications:

    • Excellent computer skills and OS knowledge
    • Saas experience.
    • Active Directory experience
    • Experience with Windows OS (Windows 10)
    • Knowledge of IP Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Internet)
    • Firewall/Proxy
    • Good organizational skills
    • Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Spanish (French a plus)
    • Very strong customer service skills
    • Team Player

  • Other experiences a plus:
    • Databases and Relational databases: Oracle, SQL
    • Programming : SQL, XML, scripts
    • Virtual machines (VMware), (Citrix knowledge is a plus)
  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish; French a plus
