They serve a wide range of sectors - hospitality/restaurants, healthcare, education, municipal, parks & recreation, industrial, multi-family, etc.Their approach emphasizes strong partnerships, transparency, and quality: they lead projects with clarity, care, and commitment, and aim to minimize surprises through communication and accountability.Job DescriptionManage all on-site construction activities for mixed commercial projects in the Atlanta area.Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA and company standards.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.Maintain project schedules, track progress, and proactively address delays or issues.Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications and plans.Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients and project stakeholders.Conduct regular site meetings, progress reporting, and inspections.Work closely with project managers and estimators to ensure accurate cost control and resource allocation.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
