Job Description

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for attorney candidates.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of recruitment materials.
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Provide administrative support for recruitment events and initiatives.
  • Communicate with candidates and internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks to support the recruiting team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Attorney Recruiting Assistant should have:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Bachelors Degree.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
  • A detail-oriented approach to work and the ability to handle confidential information.
  • Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.
